RAMADA ENCORE – BAKINGMAD COMPETITION & DISCOUNT OFFER - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of the rules is a condition of entry and entry instructions form part of the rules. Your personal data will be held by Allinson. The data will be used for the purpose of this competition only.
2. To enter the competition, you must register with the BakingMad club at www.bakingmad.com by filling in the electronic form provided. All club members who register as email members will be eligible for the 25% discount on rooms at selected Ramada Encore Hotels (London West, Bournemouth, Milton Keys and Chatham, offer open until 31st December 2007).
3. This competition is open to UK residents only, aged 18 or over and excludes any person whom in the competition Organiser's reasonable opinion, should be excluded due to their involvement or connection with this competition.
4. No purchase necessary for entry.
5. Each entrant who fills out the entry form and is a member of the site will be entered into the discount offer.
6. The first five entrants who fill in the electronic entry form on the BakingMad website will win a free weekend break for up to two people (one room only) with one of the participating Ramada Encore Hotels (Chatham, Milton Keynes, London West and Bournemouth). Winners will be notified by the end of October 2007. Prizes are for rooms only and do not include any travelling expenses. The prize is non-transferable. There is no cash alternative.
7. One entry by each entrant only. Entries must be made personally. Entries from agents/third parties are invalid.
8. Entry indicates acceptance of the terms and conditions.
9. Entries must be received no later than midnight (GMT) on 30th November 2007. Entries received after this date will not be entered for any part of the Ramada Encore 25% discount promotion.
10. It is a condition of the entry that the competition winner agrees to be available for, and participate in, any public relations activity arranged by the Organiser.
11. The Organiser's decision in all matters relating to the competition is final and legally binding on all entrants and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. The Organiser reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice.

14. Events may occur that render the competition itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Organiser and accordingly the Organiser may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the as a result thereof.
15. If the winner cannot be contacted within 60 days from 30th October 2007 an alternative winner will be selected.
16. Entries not submitted in accordance with the rules, illegible, incomplete or altered will be disqualified.
17. The promotion and the website is subject to the English law and the jurisdiction of the English courts.

Allinson and any associated or subsidiary company and their agents or subcontractors in any way connected to this site make no representation that the materials contained within this website are appropriate for any country outside the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, not that they comply with any local laws relating to advertising or this type of promotional activity.
