Ingredients

  • 450g 16 oz Mixed berries raspberries, strawberries, redcurrants and cherries work well
  • 300g 10⅝ oz Double cream
  • 50g 1⅞ oz Unrefined golden caster sugar (we like Billington's) Unrefined golden caster sugar
  • 50g 1⅞ oz Unrefined light muscovado sugar (we like Billington's) Unrefined light muscovado sugar

  1. Classic mode Step 1

    Divide the berries into 4-6 individual dishes or one large dish.

    Ingredients for this step

    • 450g 16 oz Mixed berries raspberries, strawberries, redcurrants and cherries work well
  2. Classic mode Step 2

    Whisk the cream until thick but not stiff.

    Ingredients for this step

    • 300g 10⅝ oz Double cream
  3. Classic mode Step 3

    Spoon the cream over the berries until they are evenly covered.

  4. Classic mode Step 4

    Sprinkle over the sugar to completely cover the cream and chill for a few hours.
