  • 500ml 17 fl oz Blood orange(s) juice
  • 500ml 17 fl oz Bucks fizz
  • 1 1 Egg white(s) (free range) beaten
  • 2tsp 2tsp Sugar syrup
  • 3 3 Blood orange(s) halved

    Combine the orange juice, bucks fizz, beaten egg white and splash of sugar syrup in an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturers instructions.
