  • 500g 17⅝ oz Country grain bread flour (we like Allinson) Country grain bread flour
  • 1tsp 1tsp Easy bake yeast (we like Allinson) Easy bake yeast
  • 350ml 11⅞ fl oz Warm water
  • 1tsp 1tsp Salt
  • 1tsp 1tsp Unrefined light muscovado sugar (we like Billington's) Unrefined light muscovado sugar
  • 2tbsp 2tbsp Poppy seeds
  • 2tbsp 2tbsp Sunflower seeds
  • 2tbsp 2tbsp Pumpkin seeds
  • 2tbsp 2tbsp Linseeds
  • 25g 1 oz Butter (unsalted) chopped

  1. Classic mode Step 1

    Put all the ingredients into the bread machine pan following the order and method specified in the manual.
