This is a great recipe to try in your bread machine and it great served warm as a side dish at a dinner party.

Ingredients

  • 225ml 7⅝ fl oz Warm water
  • 75ml 2½ fl oz Olive oil
  • 400g 14⅛ oz Strong white bread flour (we use Allinson) Strong white bread flour
  • 1tbsp 1tbsp Dried mixed herbs Italian
  • 1tbsp 1tbsp Oregano dried
  • 1 1 Garlic clove(s) A whole head, microwaved for 2 minutes, cooled and skin removed
  • 1½tsp 1½tsp Sea salt
  • 1½tsp 1½tsp Easy bake yeast (we use Allinson) Easy bake yeast

    Put the ingredients into the bread maker baking pan in the order specified for your particular model (see manufacturer’s handbook). Set to the basic white program.
