Chocolate Cookies Ingredients

112 grams Stork Stork
56 grams Golden Caster Sugar (Billington's) Golden Caster Sugar (Billington's)
112 grams Plain White Flour (Allinson Nature Friendly) Plain White Flour (Allinson Nature Friendly)
14 grams Cocoa Powder
For the coating

How to make Chocolate Cookies

  1. Cream together the margarine and the sugar until its light and fluffy method tip
  2. Stir the sieved flour and the cocoa powder into the creamed mixture, then squeeze together and roll into a ball method tip
  3. Take a small ball out of the mixture and put it on a greased baking tray and flatten it down do this with the rest of the mixture
  4. Add your coatings and press them in to the mixture
  5. Bake them in a preheated oven (180 degrees/Gas Mark 4) for 13 minutes or 8 minutes in a fan oven
  6. When they are cooked leave them for 15 minutes on the tray then transfer to a cooling rack
