Tutti Frutti Crackle Cakes Ingredients

75 grams Corn Flakes or Rice Krispies
125 grams Jelly Tots
125 grams Golden Syrup (Silver Spoon) Golden Syrup (Silver Spoon)
125 grams White Chocolate (Silver Spoon Create) White Chocolate (Silver Spoon Create)
1 tbsp Milk Milk

  1. Line a patty tin with 12 paper cases. Place the cornflakes and jelly tots in a large bowl.
  2. Weigh the syrup and the white chocolate into a small saucepan. Add the milk and heat very gently until the chocolate has melted. Remove from the heat and stir well. method tip
  3. Pour the chocolate mixture over the cornflakes and stir well until the flakes are thoroughly coated.
  4. Spoon the mixture into the paper cases and leave to set in the refrigerator for about 2hour.
