300 grams Raspberries
200 grams Strawberries
500 grams ml tub raspberry ripple ice cream
100 ml Double Cream, whipped

How to make Knickerbocker Glory

  1. Press half of the raspberries through a sieve into a bowl. Cut the strawberries in half.
  2. Place a few raspberries and strawberries in a tall glasses and top up with scoops of ice cream and fruit.
  3. Pipe a swirl of cream on top and drizzle with the raspberry sauce and top with strawberries or raspberries, and a fan wafer or café curl.
