How to make Chocolate Dipped Apples

  1. Prepare the apples by inserting lolly sticks into the apple. Dispense your selection of cake decoratiosn into small plates or bowls.
  2. Break the chocolate into pieces and place into a dry heat-proof bowl. Place the bowl over a saucepan of hot water (NOT BOILING) Stir until melted and smooth. Avoid over heating and allowing water into the mixture. Once melted remove from the heat. method tip
  3. Dip the apples into the melted chcoclate, turning to completely coat the apples. Now dip the apple into your favourite cake decorations to create pretty designs.
