Red Food Colouring few drops
225 grams Icing Sugar (Silver Spoon Homegrown) Icing Sugar (Silver Spoon Homegrown)
150 grams Desiccated coconut

  1. Place the egg white and few drops of red food colouring in a medium bowl and beat well using a wooden spoon method tip
  2. Add the icing sugar and coconut and mix well until the mixture begins to stick together. Place rough spoonfuls onto greaseproof paper and leave to harden
