Ingredients

  • 3 3 Mango peeled and chopped into 1in cubes
  • 1tbsp 1tbsp Apple vinegar
  • 50g 1⅞ oz Unrefined light muscovado sugar Unrefined light muscovado sugar
  • ½tsp ½tsp Salt
  • 1 1 Garlic clove(s) grated
  • 1½tsp 1½tsp Ginger peeled and grated
  • 1tsp 1tsp Paprika
  • 1 1 Birds eye chilli red
  • 1 1 Lime(s) freshly squeezed

  1. Classic mode Step 1

    Place all the ingredients into a heavy pan and simmer over a gentle heat for around 40 minutes, or until the mixture has thickened. Stir occasionally so that the sugar doesn’t catch at the bottom of the pan.

    • 1 1 Lime(s) freshly squeezed

    Allow to cool and place into sterilised jam jars or airtight glass container.
