Ingredients

  • 4 4 Brioche slices
  • 2 2 Egg(s) (free range)
  • 100ml 3½ fl oz Milk (whole)
  • 1tbsp 1tbsp Unrefined golden caster sugar (we use Billington's) Unrefined golden caster sugar
  • 1tsp 1tsp Vanilla extract (we use Nielsen-Massey) Vanilla extract
  • Unrefined golden icing sugar for dusting (we use Billington's)
  • Berries (fresh)

The Method Enter Bake mode

  1. Classic mode Step 1

    In a shallow bowl beat the eggs and add the sugar, milk & vanilla

    Soak the brioche for approximately 30 seconds on each side.

    Cook on a hot buttered pan until it is cooked throughout.

    Serve dusted with icing sugar and with a selection of fresh berries.
