Ingredients

  • 225ml 7⅝ fl oz Warm water
  • 50ml 1¾ fl oz Olive oil
  • 400g 14⅛ oz Strong white bread flour (we use Allinson) Strong white bread flour
  • 1tbsp 1tbsp Dried mixed herbs
  • 1¼tsp 1¼tsp Salt
  • 1 1 Easy bake yeast sachet Easy bake yeast sachet
  • 100g 3½ oz Olives green and black, pitted

The Method Enter Bake mode

  1. Classic mode Step 1

    Put the ingredients (except the olives) into the bread maker baking pan in the order specified for your particular model (see manufacturer’s handbook). Set to dough setting. Add the olives at the time for added ingredients as directed by the manufacturer of your machine.

  2. Classic mode Step 2

    Remove the dough from the machine and knead until smooth.

  3. Classic mode Step 3

    Shape the dough into 2 round loaves.

  4. Classic mode Step 4

    Place onto a greased baking sheet cover and leave to prove until double in size.

  5. Classic mode Step 5

    Bake at 190°C (170°C fan, gas mark 5) for 30 minutes.
