Ingredients

  • 1¼tsp 1¼tsp Easy bake yeast (we like Allinson) Easy bake yeast
  • 500g 17⅝ oz Seed and grain white bread flour (we like Allinson) Seed and grain white bread flour
  • 1¼tsp 1¼tsp Salt
  • 2tbsp 2tbsp Honey (runny)
  • 2tbsp 2tbsp Olive oil
  • 4tbsp 4tbsp Pesto
  • 4tbsp 4tbsp Bell pepper(s) from a jar, diced.
  • 225ml 7⅝ fl oz Water

  1. Classic mode Step 1

    Add all of the ingredients into the bread maker pan – refer to your individual bread maker instructions for the best order of addition.

  2. Classic mode Step 2

    Set to a basic white programme for a large loaf.  Once completely cooled cover or put in an airtight container . Best eaten fresh but will keep for a few days if covered.
