Ingredients

  • 900g 31⅞ oz Plum(s) Good quality
  • 85ml 3 fl oz Apple juice
  • 125ml 4¼ fl oz Apple/liquid pectin

The Method Enter Bake mode

  1. Classic mode Step 1

    Wash the plums well. Stone them and chop finely.

  2. Classic mode Step 2

    Place chopped plums and apple juice in a pan and bring to the boil. Simmer for ten minutes. Return to a full rolling boil and boil hard for ten minutes

    • 85ml 3 fl oz Apple juice
  3. Classic mode Step 3

    Add Certo to the pot and cover immediately. Pour into sterilised pots and use sterilised lids. Store in a refrigerator and once opened consume within two weeks.
