Dan's Heavenly Wholemeal Loaf

I made this loaf today, I had never heard of the overnight sponge method,but managed to follow the instructions OK. I used my Morphy Richards breadmaker and the resulting loaf is well risen and delicious. I have found wholemeal loaves heavy and dense in the past so was pleased with the open, light texture,Hilary -
