Chocolate & Banana Tea Loaf

Made this on Fathers Day & thankfully, my dd really enjoyed it. Easy to make, lovely & moist, great with a cup of tea. -

Lovely light cake-delicious. I used a loaf tin, not a square cake tin,as the recipe suggests, it came out lovely. Have made madeira cake before, using a slightly different recipe, but would now stick to this one, everyone really enjoyed it. -

Jelly Bean Biscuits

These sounded lovely, but, maybe I got my measurements wrong, but they are just too greasy. They are lovely & crumbly, but just not quite right-disappointing. -
