wow! absolutely amazing bread. turned out perfect the first time. so delicious! this loaf would cost about £3-4 in a fancy deli, and i'm glad i can make it myself. :-) notes: i may add 30g more carrots next time. i sprayed water on the top of the loaf before baking, and 3 times during baking - which yielded a wonderful crust. used a whole sachet of yeast and let it prove for about an hour covered in clingfilm.

wow, this is my favourite bread at the moment! i was inititially a bit doubtful of the combination of rosemary and dates - but was very surprised at the end result. easy to make, and incredibly more-ish! eat on its own, no need for butter or anything else. it's THAT tasty :-)

an impressive looking bread, and very tasty too. notes: had to spray water on the dough in order to get the seeds to stick! (step 5)
