Baked Cheesecake

I made this for my family and it went down a storm, only trouble is that they will not eat a shop brought one. Excellent easy to make tastes great. -

I wanted a refreshing desert to finish off a heavy meal so tried these. They where fantastic so easy to make, taste lovely and best off all my dinner guest thought I was so clever(if only they knew how easy they where). I have also made these using oranges instead of lemons and they are justas lovely. Thank you baking mad. -
