Not sure what went wrong but I ended up with a very odd shaped brick - nice flavour but definitely lumpy and hard! Wouldn't make this again.

I wanted a fruity bread recipe for my bread machine and tried this one. It was very easy to do and I added a lot more fruit as had been suggested by others. This worked very well. In appearance it was a bit brick-like (probably my machine) but the flavour was delicious. We ate it toasted and buttered with chunks of cheddar cheese. Perfect winter tea time treat! I omitted the icing as I wanted a toasting loaf. All in all, perfect!
