Great flavour and way easier than forming everything into little buns! Nice rising and great loaf even without the glaze and cross. It kept for a few days without going too stale and was extra tasty toasted with a little butter.
The recipe doesn't say, but use the 1.5lb loaf setting on your bread machine!
