My bread did not turn out as the picture...more suitable for building blocks! very heavy!! probably my fault cos I used strong bread flour and not VERY strong bread flour...would that make SO much difference? I'll try again, fingers x.....

Love this bread.. made 2 loaves in 8inch round tins, turned out superb! started eating it as soon as it was out of the oven as it smelt SSOOOO good... next time I'll add a bit more Parmesan cheese, a winner in out house.

sunk a bit in the middle, but that could be do to my oven.. made 2 cakes and they freeze well, and eat even better! thanks for the recipe.

Why is it called strawberry roulade, and it has raspberries
in the recipe!!??? will try it with both as I'm a lover of coconut..sounds yummy.

YES.YES.YES. fantastic result...haven't baked bread for a few months, and this turned out brilliantly,so easy to bake, everyone enjoyed the results, and have asked for more. Will make a bigger batch next time and freeze.
