Allinson Light Wholemeal Bread

My bread did not turn out as the picture...more suitable for building blocks! very heavy!! probably my fault cos I used strong bread flour and not VERY strong bread flour...would that make SO much difference? I'll try again, fingers x..... -


Sundried Tomato Bread

Love this bread.. made 2 loaves in 8inch round tins, turned out superb! started eating it as soon as it was out of the oven as it smelt SSOOOO good... next time I'll add a bit more Parmesan cheese, a winner in out house. -


Marmalade Cake

Lovely marmalade tasting cake sunk a bit in the middle, but that could be do to my oven.. made 2 cakes and they freeze well, and eat even better! thanks for the recipe. -


Coconut Roulade with Fresh Strawberries

Why is it called strawberry roulade, and it has raspberries in the recipe!!??? will try it with both as I'm a lover of coconut..sounds yummy. -


Handbaked Traditional White Loaf

YES.YES.YES. fantastic result...haven't baked bread for a few months, and this turned out brilliantly,so easy to bake, everyone enjoyed the results, and have asked for more. Will make a bigger batch next time and freeze. -
