Ingredients

  • 345ml 11¾ fl oz Water warm
  • 1 1 Egg yolk(s) (free range)
  • 1½tbsp 1½tbsp Butter (unsalted) melted
  • 1tbsp 1tbsp Honey
  • 2tsp 2tsp Salt
  • 500g 17⅝ oz Strong white bread flour Strong white bread flour
  • 1¼tsp 1¼tsp Easy bake yeast (we like Allinson) Easy bake yeast

  1. Classic mode Step 1

    Put the ingredients into the bread maker baking pan in the order specified for your particular model (see manufacturer’s handbook).
