"This is really good, it's also better if you add some dried coconut"

Bakingmad: "Hi, This recipe is great for adding ingredients to make it your own! You could always try chopping some cherries or dried pineapple to go with the coconut! Happy Cookie Making"

"Not really a review but a question - can this cookie dough be made in bulk and frozen? "

Bakingmad: "Yes! Wrap the dough tightly in cling film excluding as much air as possible. Best used in a couple of weeks. A batch this size is workable after about an hour our of the freezer. The perfect stand by for rainy days! Happy baking and decorating! Baking Mad"

"Great recipe but some people cook with gas too and it'd be fab if the oven temps came in gas settings as well so we don't have to root about for a converter :o) "
