75 grams Stork or butter Stork
25 grams Half Spoon Granulated Sugar (Silver Spoon) Half Spoon Granulated Sugar (Silver Spoon)
100 grams Dried Cranberries
1 Happy Eggs, beaten Happy Eggs, beaten
1 tbsp Milk Milk

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C, fan oven 170°C, 375°F, Gas Mark 5. Lightly grease a baking tray. method tip
  2. Sieve the flour into a large bowl, add the margarine or butter and rub in until mixture becomes like breadcrumbs. Stir in sugar and cranberries method tip
  3. Add the egg and stir in with milk until a stiff mixture is formed. method tip
  4. Place small rocky piles of mixture onto the baking tray. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and set.

"A nice easy recipe, quick to rustle up! I find craisins a little too tart & did 50/50 with raisins & added 1tsp orange essence which really improves the flavour. For those not so calorie conscious I use 45g molasses sugar to make them really rich."

"Slightly disappointed with these rock buns. I was expecting something a little more satisfying! They are nice but I feel like something more needs to be added. Very similar to scones... Without the cream and jam! "
