How to make Allinson Classic White Bread

"I was not happy with the recipe for white bread that came with my breadmaker.I found this site through Google and used this recipe. I was very impressed. I am snowed in at the moment and used the same recipe but 2/3 white (Allinsons extra strong)and 1/3 brown. It is really nice, especially with Shetland Smoked Salmon!"
