"This recipe worked well, but turned out more like a bread than a brioche. Clarification is required: salt is mentioned in the instructions, but not in the list of ingredients. I added a teaspoon of salt. No sugar is mentioned and brioche is normally sweet. The plus side of this was that the loaf did not overbrown. "
