Cheese and Herb Twist

Use your bread maker to make this dough then shape and bake to create a herby cheese twist. Please refer to your individual bread maker instructions with regards to baking time

Cheese and Herb Twist Ingredients
| 275 ml | Water | |
| 1 tsp | Sugar | |
| 1 tsp | Salt | |
| 1 tbsp | Sunflower Oil | |
| 1 tsp | Mustard Powder Dry | |
| 1 tbsp | Fresh Parsley Chopped | |
| 1 tbsp | Fresh Sage Chopped | |
| 1 | Red Onion Small | |
| 50 grams | Cheddar Cheese Strong, Grated | |
| 450 grams | Country Grain Bread Flour (Allinson) | ![]() |
| 7 grams | Easy Bake Yeast (Allinson) | ![]() |

How to make Cheese and Herb Twist

- Put the ingredients into the bread maker baking pan in the order specified for your particular model (see manufacturer’s handbook). Add most of the cheese, reserving a little to scatter over the top. Set to the dough setting of your bread machine.
- Remove the dough from machine and knead until smooth.
- Shape into a large twist, sprinkle with cheese and place onto a greased baking sheet.
- Leave to prove until double in size.
- Bake at 190°C/fan 170°C/Gas Mark 5 for 30 minutes.
