50 ml Sunflower Oil
2 tbsp Honey
100 grams Very Strong Bread Flour (Allinson Premium White) Very Strong Bread Flour (Allinson Premium White)
75 grams Very Strong Bread Flour (Allinson Premium Wholemeal) Very Strong Bread Flour (Allinson Premium Wholemeal)
75 grams Country Grain Bread Flour (Allinson) Country Grain Bread Flour (Allinson)
75 grams Rye Flour
2 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Easy Bake Yeast (Allinson) Easy Bake Yeast (Allinson)

  1. Put the ingredients into the bread maker baking pan in the order specified for your particular model (see manufacturer’s handbook). Set to the basic white program.

"Beautiful loaf, used the bread maker for all steps. Replaced wholemeal flour for white. really light, good texture. Will definately be making this one again."
