A festive bake to enjoy at home or make as a foodie gift. Minimum fuss as it is made in your bread maker!  Please refer to your individual bread maker instructions with regards to baking time.

Ingredients

200 ml Water
75 ml Sunflower Oil
400 grams Allinson Premium White Very Strong Bread Flour
1 ¼ tsp Sea Salt
75 ml Honey
1 sachet Allinsons Easy Bake Yeast 1 x 7g sachet
150 grams Raisins

Method

  1. Put the ingredients (except the raisins) into the bread maker baking pan in the order specified for your particular model (see manufacturer’s handbook).
  2. Set to the basic white program.
  3. Add the raisins at the time for added ingredients as directed by the manufacturer of your machine.
  4. Remove the dough from machine and knead until smooth.
  5. Leave to prove until double in size. Preheat the oven to 190°C/fan 170°CF/Gas Mark 5 method tip
  6. Bake for 30 minutes. method tip
