Five-Grain Oaty Buns Ingredients

250 ml Water warm
300 grams Very Strong Bread Flour (Allinson Premium White) Very Strong Bread Flour (Allinson Premium White)
50 grams Bulghar Wheat
50 grams Rolled Oats
50 grams Polenta
50 ml Honey
2 tsp Sea Salt
1 sachet Easy Bake Yeast (Allinson) Easy Bake Yeast (Allinson)

How to make Five-Grain Oaty Buns

  1. Put the ingredients into the bread maker baking pan in the order specified for your particular model (see manufacturer’s handbook). Set to the basic white program.
  2. Note: to make rolls remove the dough from machine and knead until smooth. Shape the dough into 10 rounds.
  3. Place onto a greased baking sheet and leave to prove until double in size. Brush with water and top with the oats.
  4. Bake at 190°C/fan 170°C/Gas Mark 5 for 15 - 20 minutes.
