Ingredients
| 225 ml | Strong Tea At room temperature | |
| 2 tbsp | Melted Butter | |
| 1 tbsp | Golden Syrup | |
| 1 ½ tsp | Ground Allspice | |
| 1 ½ tsp | Sea Salt | |
| 150 grams | Allinson Premium Wholemeal Very Strong Bread Flour | ![]() |
| 300 grams | Allinson Premium White Bread Flour | |
| 1 ½ tsp | Allinsons Easy Bake Yeast | ![]() |
| 4 tbsp | Glace Ginger Chopped | |
| 100 grams | Sultanas |
Method

- Put the ingredients (except the ginger and sultanas) into the bread maker baking pan in the order specified for your particular model (see manufacturer’s handbook).
- Set to the Basic/Normal White Program.
- Add the ginger and sultanas at the time for added ingredients as directed by the manufacturer of your machine.
