Guacamole and Jalapeno Pepper Loaf Ingredients

170 grams Tub Guacamole
170 ml Water Warm
1.50 tsp Salt
1.50 tsp Granulated Sugar (Silver Spoon Homegrown) Granulated Sugar (Silver Spoon Homegrown)
450 grams Strong White Bread Flour (Allinson) Strong White Bread Flour (Allinson)
1.50 tsp Easy Bake Yeast (Allinson) Easy Bake Yeast (Allinson)
50 grams Sliced Jalepeno Peppers Roughly Chopped

  1. Put the ingredients (except the peppers) into the bread maker baking pan in the order specified for your particular model (see manufacturer’s handbook).
  2. Set to the Basic/Normal White Program.
  3. Add the peppers at the time for added ingredients as directed by the manufacturer of your machine.
