New Potato Bread Ingredients

250 ml Warm Water
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Caraway Seeds
25 grams Bran
75 grams cooked new potatoes, cubed
300 grams Very Strong Bread Flour (Allinson Premium Wholemeal) Very Strong Bread Flour (Allinson Premium Wholemeal)
300 grams Very Strong Bread Flour (Allinson Premium White) Very Strong Bread Flour (Allinson Premium White)
7 sachet Easy Bake Yeast (Allinson) Easy Bake Yeast (Allinson)
2 tsp Bran

  1. Put the ingredients into the bread maker baking pan in the order specified for your particular model (see manufacturer’s handbook).
  2. Set to the Wholewheat program.
  3. Glaze with beaten egg and sprinkle with the bran 45 minutes before the end of the program.
