| 250 ml | Warm Water | |
| 1 tsp | Sugar | |
| 1 tsp | Salt | |
| 1 tsp | Caraway Seeds | |
| 25 grams | Bran | |
| 75 grams | cooked new potatoes, cubed | |
| 300 grams | Very Strong Bread Flour (Allinson Premium Wholemeal) | ![]() |
