Ingredients
| 1 | Eggs | |
| 300 ml | Dry ‘brut’ Champagne | |
| 1 tsp | Salt | |
| 1 tsp | Billington's Granulated Sugar | |
| 1 tbsp | Skimmed Milk Powder | |
| 2 tbsp | Butter | |
| 450 grams | Allinson Strong White Bread Flour | ![]() |
| 1 sachet | Allinsons Easy Bake Yeast 1 x 7g sachet | ![]() |
Method

- Put the ingredients into the bread maker baking pan in the order specified for your particular model (see manufacturer’s handbook). Set to the dough program.
- Knead the dough and divide into 8-10 pieces.
- Shape into bread rolls and place on a greased baking tray.
- Leave to prove until double in size. Brush with egg glaze. Meanwile preheat the oven to 200°C/fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
