A loaf with a delightful colour from the pumpkin and lightly spiced flavour. Wonderful with winter soups or light salads.

- Put all the ingredients in the bread maker baking pan in the order listed above.
- Set to the basic white programme for a 1½ lb loaf.
- At the beginning of the baking cycle quickly brush the top with milk and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds.
