Ingredients
| 75 grams | All Bran | |
| 125 grams | Billington's Dark Muscovado | ![]() |
| 25 grams | Mixed Dried Fruit | |
| 25 grams | Walnuts Chopped | |
| 125 ml | Tea Strong | |
| 75 grams | Allinson Wholemeal Plain Flour | ![]() |
| 1 tsp | Baking Powder | |
| 1 tsp | Mixed Spice | |
| 1 | Eggs |
Method

- Grease and base line a 1 lb loaf tin. Preheat the oven to 180 C/ fan 170 C/Gas 4.
- Place the All Bran, sugar, fruits, nuts and tea into a mixing bowl. Stir well and allow to stand for 30 minutes.
- Mix in the flour, baking powder, spice and egg.
- Transfer to the prepared loaf tin.
- Bake in the preheated oven for around 40 minutes.
- Cool before turning out. Serve in slices with butter.
