A rich moist chocloate indulgence with a chocolate topping. For a special occasssion decorte with chocolate dipped orange rind!

Ingredients
| 150 ml | Sunflower Oil | |
| 150 ml | Carton Plain Yoghurt | |
| 5 tbsp | Marmalade | |
| 175 grams | Billington's Light Muscovado sugar Or Dark Muscovado Sugar | ![]() |
| 3 | Eggs Medium sized | |
| 225 grams | Self Raising Flour | |
| 2 tbsp | Cocoa powder | |
| 1 tsp | Bicarbonate of soda |
Additional Ingredients
| 175 grams | Milk or plain chocolate broken into pieces | |
| 50 grams | Butter |
Method

- Preheat the oven to 170°C/fan 160C/gas mark 3. Grease and line a 20cm (8 in) round deep cake tin. Beat together the oil, yoghurt, marmalade, sugar and eggs in a large bowl.
- Sift together the dry ingredients and beat into the cake mixture.
- Spoon into the preared tin and bake for 1½-1¾ hours.
- Cool in the tin for 10 minutes then turn out on to a wire rack to become cold.
- Melt the chocolate and butter in a bowl over hot (not boiling) water and cool until thickened.
- Spoon over the cake and spread with a knife to give a swirled effect.
