We just adore this Sausage Dog Celebration Cake recipe, submitted by Hannah Brown aged 14. It's almost too cute to eat!

How to make Sausage Dog Celebration Cake

- Place the Swiss Roll on a tray or board, spread with a chocolate spread.
- Roll out half of the chocolate sugarpaste on a board that is dusted with icing sugar, then drape it over the cake, press down and trim the edges.
- Squish 2 cupcakes together and cover with a little jam or chocolate spread then cover with some more rolled out sugar paste and shape into a head.
- Roll out the trimmings to make 2 long floppy ears, 4 legs and a tail. Then finish the cake by adding a yellow collar.
