White Chocolate & Strawberry Cheesecake Ingredients

For the base:
100 grams digestive biscuits crushed
50 grams Butter melted
measurement converter send to mobile
 

Additional Ingredients

For the cheesecake:

150 grams White Chocolate (Silver Spoon Create) broken into pieces White Chocolate (Silver Spoon Create)
100 grams full fat cheese
225 grams Golden Caster Sugar (Billington's) Golden Caster Sugar (Billington's)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract (Nielsen-Massey) Vanilla Extract (Nielsen-Massey)
2 Free Range Eggs Large Free Range Eggs
 

Further Additional Ingredients

To decorate:

Whipped Cream
Strawberries Fresh
White Chocolate shavings

How to make White Chocolate & Strawberry Cheesecake

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 160°C (Fan), 180°C (conventional), Gas Mark 4 method tip
  2. Lightly grease a 20cm loose bottomed cake tin
  3. Mix together the ingredients for the base & press into the tin method tip
  4. To make the filling – melt the chocolate over a pan of simmering water method tip
  5. Put the cheese into a large bowl & beat slightly
  6. Add the sugar & beat again
  7. Beat in the egg & vanilla extract method tip
  8. Swirl the melted chocolate into the cheesecake mix & spoon onto the prepared biscuit base
  9. Bake for approx 30 mins or until the cheesecake becomes puffy around the edge but is still soft in the middle. Turn off the oven & allow the cheesecake to cool.
  10. Chill well & remove from the tin
  11. Decorate with whipped cream, strawberries & white chocolate shavings
