How to make Half Spoon Chocolate Cupcakes

Pre heat the oven to 190c, 170c fan, gas 5. Line a cupcake tray with 9 cupcake cases.

Place all the cake ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat well with a wooden spoon until smooth. Divide between the cupcake cases and bake for 15-20 mins until firm to the touch.
- Allow to cool in the tin for 5 mins then cool on a wire rack.
- To decorate, beat the cream cheese and sugar together and using a piping bag, pipe on to the top of the cakes
