Half Spoon Chocolate Muffins Ingredients

225 grams	Plain White Flour (Allinson Nature Friendly)
25 grams	Cocoa Powder
100 grams	Half Spoon Granulated Sugar (Silver Spoon)
2 tsp	Baking Powder
0.25 tsp	Bicarbonate Of Soda
150 ml	Sour Cream
2	Free Range Eggs
1 tsp	Vanilla Extract (Nielsen Massey)
100 grams	Butter light & spreadable
1 tbsp	Milk

How to make Half Spoon Chocolate Muffins

Pre heat the oven to 200°C, 180°C fan, gas 6. Line a cupcake tray with 12 cupcake cases
Place all the cake ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat well with a wooden spoon until smooth. Divide between the cupcake cases and bake for 15-20 minutes until firm to the touch
Allow to cool in the tin for 5 mins then cool on a wire rack
Addyour topping of choice once the muffins have cooled
