14 grams Light Granulated (Silver Spoon) Light Granulated (Silver Spoon)
2 Bananas peeled
200 grams Vanilla Flavoured Yogurt
1 tbsp Malted Food Drink Powder
1 tbsp Vanilla Essence
250 ml Semi Skimmed Milk

How to make Banana Malt Smoothie

  1. Put the Silver Spoon Light, bananas, yogurt, malt drink powder, vanilla essence and semi skimmed milk in a liquidiser and whizz until well blended.
  2. Pour into 2 tall glasses and serve immediately.
