Cranberry Vodka

Wow your friends with the fabulously easy recipe for Cranberry Vodka. The perfect festive party drink, it makes a delicious gift to give too.

How to make Cranberry Vodka

Using a potato peeler, pare away the orange zest. Put the cranberries into a shallow dish and stab them with a fork. Put the fruit into 2 sterilised kilner jars, then add the vanilla extract, orange zest and the sugar.
- Pour over the vodka, seal the jars and leave for 2 weeks to mature. Make sure you shake the jars every couple of days until the sugar has dissolved.
- After 2 weeks, strain the liquid into a jug, pour into sterilised bottles, seal and label.
- This recipe will keep for up to 1 month if refridgerated. Serve chilled.
