Baked Fruits Ingredients

700 grams fruit (we used peaches, plums, apricots and figs), halved or roughly chopped
1 pinch Cinnamon ground
1 Cinnamon stick
2 tbsp Light Muscovado Sugar (Billington's) Light Muscovado Sugar (Billington's)
2 tbsp Dark rum or brandy

How to make Baked Fruits

  1. Place the fruit in a foil tray and scatter with cinnamon and sugar. Add the cinnamon stick and pour over the rum or brandy.
  2. Cover the tray with foil and cook on a hot bbq for about 10- 15 minutes or until the fruits are just tender. Serve with vanilla ice cream
