Ingredients
| 375 grams | Allinson Premium Wholemeal Very Strong Bread Flour | ![]() |
| 100 grams | Cornmeal | |
| 3 tsp | Cajun Spice | |
| 1 ½ tsp | Salt | |
| 1 ¼ grams | Allinsons Easy Bake Yeast | ![]() |
| 2 tbsp | Runny Honey | |
| 4 tbsp | Olive Oil | |
| 225 ml | Water Warmed |
Method

- Put the flour, cornmeal, spice, salt and yeast into a bowl.
- Mix to a soft dough with the honey, oil and water.
- Turn onto a floured surface and knead for 10 minutes.
- Shape as desired and put into an appropriate greased tin.
- Leave to prove until double in size. Meanwhile preheat the oven to 220°C/fan 210°C/gas mark 7
- Bake in an oven and immediately turn the heat down to 200°C/fan 190°C/gas mark 6.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes.
