Multigrain Loaf Ingredients
| 75 grams | Rye Flour | |
| 150 grams | Very Strong Bread Flour (Allinson Premium Wholemeal) | ![]() |
| 200 grams | Seed & Grain Bread Flour (Allinson) | ![]() |
| 40 grams | Oatmeal Fine | |
| 50 grams | Rolled Oats | |
| 1.50 tsp | Salt | |
| 1.50 tsp | Easy Bake Yeast (Allinson) | ![]() |
| 3 tbsp | Runny Honey | |
| 3 tbsp | Sunflower Oil | |
| 260 ml | Water |

How to make Multigrain Loaf

- Put the flours, oatmeal, oats, salt and yeast into a bowl.
- Mix to a soft dough with the honey, oil and water.
- Turn onto a floured surface and knead for 10 minutes.
- Shape as desired and put into an appropriate greased tin.
- Leave to prove until double in size.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 220°C/fan 200°C/Gas Mark 7 and immediately turn the heat down to 200°C/fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes.
