Multigrain Loaf Ingredients

75 grams Rye Flour
150 grams Very Strong Bread Flour (Allinson Premium Wholemeal) Very Strong Bread Flour (Allinson Premium Wholemeal)
200 grams Seed & Grain Bread Flour (Allinson) Seed & Grain Bread Flour (Allinson)
40 grams Oatmeal Fine
50 grams Rolled Oats
1.50 tsp Salt
1.50 tsp Easy Bake Yeast (Allinson) Easy Bake Yeast (Allinson)
3 tbsp Runny Honey
3 tbsp Sunflower Oil
260 ml Water

How to make Multigrain Loaf

  1. Put the flours, oatmeal, oats, salt and yeast into a bowl.
  2. Mix to a soft dough with the honey, oil and water.
  3. Turn onto a floured surface and knead for 10 minutes. method tip
  4. Shape as desired and put into an appropriate greased tin.
  5. Leave to prove until double in size.
  6. Bake in an oven preheated to 220°C/fan 200°C/Gas Mark 7 and immediately turn the heat down to 200°C/fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes. method tip
