Goats Cheese Bread Square

This Goats Cheese Bread Square recipe is a full flavoured and textured bread. Delicious.

200 grams	Very Strong Bread Flour (Allinson Premium White)
200 grams	Very Strong Bread Flour (Allinson Premium Wholemeal)
100 grams	Rye Flour
1 tsp	Sugar
1 tsp	Salt
3 tbsp	Honey
200 grams	Goats Cheese Crumbled
1 sachet	Easy Bake Yeast (Allinson) 1 x 7g sachet
1	Happy Eggs Beaten
300 ml	Water Warm

Place all of the ingredients into a mixer with a dough hook attached.
Mix to a soft dough and knead for 5 minutes. If mixing by hand, put the flours, sugar, salt, honey and cheese into a bowl and sprinkle on the yeast.
Mix to a soft dough with the egg and water. Knead on a floured board for 10 minutes.
Place into a greased square tin (20 x 20cm/8 x 8”). Leave to prove until double in size. Preheat the oven to 190°C/fan 170°C/Gas Mark 5
Bake for 30 minutes.
Dust with Rye Flour to serve.
