Olive and Herb Bread Ingredients
| 225 ml | Water | |
| 50 ml | Olive Oil | |
| 400 grams | Strong White Bread Flour (Allinson) | ![]() |
| 1 tbsp | Italian Mixed Dried Herbs | |
| 1.25 tsp | Sea Salt | |
| 1 sachet | Easy Bake Yeast (Allinson) | ![]() |
| 100 grams | Green and Black olives Pitted |

How to make Olive and Herb Bread

- Put the ingredients (except the olives) into the bread maker baking pan in the order specified for your particular model (see manufacturer’s handbook). Set to dough setting. Add the olives at the time for added ingredients as directed by the manufacturer of your machine.
- Remove the dough from the machine and knead until smooth.
- Shape the dough into 2 round loaves.
- Place onto a greased baking sheet cover and leave to prove until double in size.
- Bake at 190°C/fan 170°C/Gas Mark 5 for 30 minutes.
