How to make Blood Orange Bucks Fizz Sorbet

- Combine blood orange juice, bucks fizz, beaten egg white and splash of sugar syrup in an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturers instructions. Fill scoops-out orange halves with the sorbet and freeze until ready to serve.
